Price the workflow, not the feature
Every vendor's feature grid is designed so that vendor wins. The only comparison that means anything is the complete job you run every day, priced end to end at your real contact count, your real seat count, and your real client count — including the onboarding fees, the per-contact ladders, the transaction percentages and the metered usage that none of the pricing pages put side by side.
A worked example. "Lead fills in a form → gets a text in 45 seconds → books itself into a calendar → lands on a pipeline card → owner gets notified → review request goes out after the appointment." That is one workflow in GoHighLevel and one bill. In an ActiveCampaign or HubSpot stack it is the platform, plus an SMS provider, plus Calendly, plus (in ActiveCampaign's case) a paid CRM add-on, plus a reputation tool.
